is a Community Transportation Planner overseeing grants and contracts for WSDOT’s Public Transportation Division in the Peninsula Region. She brings more than 20 years of experience with the State of Washington, having worked across multiple natural resources agencies, including Washington State Parks.

Throughout her career, Laura has led all aspects of grant management and implementation, driven by a strong passion for public service and supporting Washingtonians. She joined WSDOT three years ago, where she discovered a deep commitment to public transportation and its role in providing equitable access for all communities.
