is a Community Transportation Planner overseeing WSDOT’s Public Transportation Division’s grants and contracts in eight counties of Eastern Washington. Lance has been in this position for two years. Before his time at WSDOT, Lance spent more than thirty years working as a Paratransit Program Manager, a Transportation Planner, and a TDM/CTR Manager. Lance is eager to bring his experience and knowledge to help transportation organizations throughout the Northwest to succeed.
