Kathy's work crosses the Columbia River as she serves both states and does so extremely well. Kathy embodies the Mission of CTANW and represents us in many arenas in both states.

Kathy has been known to bring a lot of large agencies with their own missions to the table to start the process of collaboration and hammer home the necessity of working together to meet the needs of the greater community.
