Grace is one of those individuals who never ceases to amaze me. She consistently goes above and beyond for every client, ensuring they are not only able to access transit, but able to use it confidently and in a way that truly supports their independence.

Grace joined the Hopelink Mobility Management Team in the summer of 2025 and was immediately thrust into leading Public Transit Orientations. Rather than being overwhelmed by the responsibility, she leaned in. She asked thoughtful, strategic questions, listened deeply for understanding, and quickly became an integral voice in shaping the summer program to make it more engaging, accessible, and meaningful for our participants.

Grace does not shy away from challenging situations. Instead, she rises to the occasion with professionalism, compassion, and steady leadership. Her customer-centered approach has earned her the trust and admiration of the clients she serves and the respect of our community partners. She brings honesty, accountability, and creativity to her work every day, embodying the true spirit of excellence in travel training.
