This team is second to none in the Travel Training industry. Last year, they did over 400 functional assessments that helped us to manage our eligibility department for paratransit. Also, they continued to think outside of the box for outreach and motivation to utilize the fixed route city bus! I want to nominate Morgan Hagquist and Erik Gregory as a team!!!!
