This session will look at the steep rise in homelessness in the Pacific Northwest, the barriers homeless people face, and the intersections between homelessness and disability. Cedar Monroe has worked as a chaplain with folks experiencing homelessness for over a decade and is the author of Trash: A Poor White Journey, a book about their work in rural Grays Harbor County.
