Advocacy & Legislative

CTANW believes transportation is primary basic need and fundamental human right. CTANW advocates for policies, resources and funding to support the mobility needs of passengers as well as the ability for providers and programs to provide safe, efficient, affordable, competent and high quality transportation. In addition, CTANW issues statements regarding various legislation and policy issues impacting passengers, providers and mobility management/travel training professionals, and is a nominating organization for the TIB Complete Streets Award.
